 Dr. Alice Prethima has had over 20 years experience as an Aesthetic Physician and holds numerous qualifications including:
- Diploma of in Dermatology in Cardiff, UK,
- Diploma in Reproduction Medicine-(DRM) from Malaysia,
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery-(MBBS) from Madras, India
- Master in Family Medicine (Clinical)-(MFM) from Australia.
- She holds the Membership of Faculty of Occupational Medicine-(MFOM) of Royal College of Physicians, Ireland.
Dr Alice is reknowned for her many non-surgical Aesthetic Procedures including Thermage Lifting, Breast Enhancement using the "filler of the new generation" and Facelifts with no down time as well as being at the forefront in the Anti-aging therapy of the future. She had just recently added to her profile becoming the pioneer doctor and centre in Malaysia for the skin rejuvenation and Anti-aging therapy by autologous growth factors derived from own blood cell or fat derieved from liposuction"
Her passion and interest in her professional medical field has brought her to be actively involved in various associations and she is a member of Malaysian Medical Association, Occupational and Environment Medicine (Malaysia), Society of Sports Medicine (Medicine), Society of Anti-Ageing (Malaysia), Menopausal Society of Malaysia and Faculty of Occupational Medicine (Dublin), American Society of Medical Laser & Surgery and also American Board of Laser Surgery. She is also a committee member of Overseas Doctors Committee Faculty of Occupational Medicine in Dublin as well as Society of Anti-Ageing Medicine in Malaysia.
Dr. Alice owns Alice Anti Aging and Dr. Alice Total Wellness Specialist Centre in Kuala Lumpur and focus is on individualized consultation in treating patients holistically. The centres offer quality, reasonable and comprehensive health care as well as membership for those interested in health care for the whole family unit.

Dr. Alice is a strong believer in educating patients and the general public through forums and articles published in newspapers and magazines and through TV programmes regularly to create awareness. She owns 2 busy centers in Kuala Lumpur.
Established in 1990, Dr Alice Prethima, manages the Alice Anti Ageing with the interest of the patients’ total wellness offering individualized consultation by only one doctor who handles and treats each patient holistically. Offering a one stop centre with diagnostic lab, policlinics for reproductive, gynecological, general health, skin and slimming, among others. She reaffirms that it is not a choice but a responsibility for her as a doctor to not only cure, but most importantly, to prevent diseases and failing.
