Health Horizon Holidays makes the process for enquiring, booking and paying for your holiday as easy as possible. We also must ensure it is as thorough as possible, to get all the medical information we require from you before you go to ensure a smooth, stress-free surgery.

The steps to enquiring and booking are simple:

1. Enquiry

The first step is to fill in an Enquiry Form, letting us know what you would like. Which surgery or packages you are interested in, remember to enquire about all the different treatments you may like to have - dentistry, optical and non-surgical – to take advantage of the great prices.
We will respond to your enquiry form in 24-48 hours with a detailed cost estimate for the packages and treatments you choose.

2. Medical Questionnaire and Photos

After you have sent your Enquiry Form we will need you to fill in a Medical Questionnaire and send any photos needed for the surgeon to detail your surgery package to suit your needs.

Decisions about surgery should only be made after your surgeon evaluating your health and needs and discussing your questions and queries. Your Medical Questionnaire and any photos will be forwarded to the surgeon, who – based on the information you supply – will assess your suitability for the surgery and will outline what is involved with the surgery and what you can expect.

2. Consultation with the Surgeon

You will also have questions, which can be answered directly by the surgeon.
In some cases, the surgeon may require additional information, medical records and more photos (for cosmetic and certain Surgery) of the area to be treated and a letter from your local doctor, which ensures that you are in the right state of health. Your surgeon will advise you if this is necessary.
We normally complete this process by email, but we can arrange a telephone consultation if you would prefer.

3. Booking and Payment

Once you are satisfied, you will be required to pay the Accommodation portion of your surgery holiday prior to travel. This will secure your Accommodation and Surgery dates. The cost of surgery can be paid directly to the Surgeon or Hospital after you have had your Pre-surgery consultation and are happy to proceed with surgery.
